Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please see below our refund and cancellation policies for all of event bookings.

7 Days Before Event

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason with more than 7 days remaining before event is due to commence, you will receive a full refund.

Less than 7 days before event

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason with less than 7 days remaining before event is due to commence, you will receive a partial refund of 50% total booking cost. Alternatively we can move your booking to a walk at a later date free of charge, but if cancelled again no refund will be issued.

Less than 48 Hours before event

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason with less than 48 hours remaining before event is due to commence, no refund can be issued.

Event cancellations dues to extreme weather

If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather events such as, but no limited to, extremely heavy rain, flooding, high winds, large snowfall. You will receive a full refund, but Guided Outdoors are not liable for any other transport or accommodation costs that you may have accrued. This decision is never taken lightly but participant and staff safety is our number one priority at all times.
